Dialogue needed for peace in Kosovo

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA -- Vice President of the Kosovo parliament, Oliver Ivanovic said that the isolation of extremist groups is the reason for making dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina a reality.

In a talk with NATO admiral George Johnson, Ivanovic said that KFOR "has not only a military role in Kosovo, but a political one as well."

According to Johnson, NATO does not have a new strategy for Kosovo and that the situation can only be corrected through dialogue.

"Dialogue is essential and without it we may not get to where we want to be." Johnson added.
